Ordering & Payment
Using the website is the quickest and most convenient way to place orders. You do not need to register although it will save you entering information again if you decide to order more than once. You can pay using PayPal which will accept payments either from your PayPal account or by credit or debit card. (You do not need to register with PayPal.) We can also accept orders by email or post - please print the 'cart', including the shipping cost, and send it with your cheque, or request our bank details in order to make a BACS payment.
Shipping costs can be calculated at any time by looking at your 'cart' and providing your post code or country. We charge a basic cost together with a small supplement based on the number of items in the cart.  We use Royal Mail predominantly or a range of parcel carriers for larger orders. If we use a signed for service you will be able to track your parcel online. We will advise by email once your parcel has shipped.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return the item to us in its original condition within 14 days of receipt. Returned items should be unused and returned in their original packaging. We will issue a full refund on receipt, excluding the original delivery charge. The item is your responsibility until it reaches us. Therefore for your own protection we recommend that you send the parcel using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods. Delivery charges may be refundable where goods are found to be faulty on arrival with you. We want, more than anything, to be fair about returns so please email us if you have a problem.
We are not currently registered for VAT purposes and as such no VAT is charged on any of our goods or service. 
My Dashboard
Your Account Dashboard is the place to find everything associated with your account with us. You can amend all your personal details here, add and delete delivery addresses, review past and current orders, re-order items, check and manage any product reviews you have made, look at and manage items added to your wish list and manage your newsletter and communications subscriptions.
Newsletter & Promotions
We will be glad to keep you up to speed with new products and also with any promotions that we might, from time to time, run. You can amend your newsletter subscription through your Account Dashboard at any time and please know that we will never share your details with anyone nor fill your inbox with daily missives!
Your privacy is very important to us and we want to confirm that we will not share your details with anyone else, nor do we intend to store or currently store any financial details such as credit or debit card information. For more information click here.
